One deep case study instead of a dozen thin ones.
RentManager is the real body of work. I designed it, built it end to end, and shipped it. It runs on three surfaces now: a web app, a native mobile app, and the API behind both. I'd rather show you that properly than pad this page with smaller exercises that don't represent what I can build.
RentManager
A rental-management platform for Kenyan landlords and tenants, covering properties, units, leases, an M-Pesa-driven rent ledger, commission and payouts, and Kenya's monthly rental-income tax rules. A Java and Spring Boot backend serves both a Next.js web app and a React Native mobile app.

All three RentManager repositories are public, and they are the evidence behind every figure on this page: backend, web and mobile. Earlier exercises like small JavaFX applications and data-structure practice also sit on my profile. They don't reflect what I build now, so I've left them off this page.
Kenya Keys Sponsorship System
Not deployedA sponsorship-management system for matching sponsors to students, with institutions, support requests, analytics and a financial ledger of its own. Java 21 and Spring Boot again, this time as a multi-module Maven build, with the same layering I use everywhere: api → application → domain → infrastructure, and ledger operations modelled as explicit command objects rather than service methods that happen to move money.
I'm listing it because it shows the domain modelling is a habit rather than a one-off, but I want to be straight about its state: roughly 390 Java files, no test suite, no migrations and no deployment. It is not in the same condition as RentManager and I would not ask you to judge me on it.
